White paper discussion:

o   Reviewed the worksheet of  white paper #2, listed all comments, responders and responses

o   Went through Neal’s comments, 5G terms mentioned in the whitepaper, we may want to add diagram and hyperlinks to 3GPP specifications files archive

o   5GC is the game changer, not whole 5G

o   Revise the first paragraph, move the last sentence to the beginning

o   Offline review, and discussion, and scheduled another meeting on Monday or Wednesday
