Confirm that final prep by LF Edge for publication is being worked on. Can we establish an ETA ? Can API subcommittee members obtain a style/format template and help with final prep ?

@Aaron Williams follow up with Jill ETA on when it will be released.  Ask for next steps, formatting, etc. 

• answers: ETA for release is early to mid September, to space it out from the just released WP #1

• the next steps are that Jill and team will read it for grammar (although I think it was in good shape) and it will be passed on to LF's Creative Services for final formatting

• recommend that we check back in with her in two weeks

• opportunity to release it as part of ONES event (28-30 Sept)
