New BP "Android Cloud Native Application in ARM Server" presented to technical sub committee and process sub-committee last week, need to review and Vote by TSC for graduation to incubation state.  After discussing with partners, we decide to use private lab in Mobile Intelligence Cloud, which could provide AMD GPU and NVIDIA GPU.
2. Swarup Nayak, Huawei, elected as Co-Chair of Upstream Sub-committee (election closed March 30) --
3. Hechun Zhang, Baidu, elected as PTL of Robotaxi Blueprint (election closed March 30)
