TSC Review notes - Reviewed completed. The BP only had the API module developed at this timeframe (part of this architecture). In order to include part of the R3 release requires a completed blueprint and documentation for the user. Review committee recommendation to this project is to complete the development of other modules and bring the full BP for the future release. The review committee also recommends publishing a blog during the R3 timeframe of completed features during R3.
