1. Open forum to discuss CVE exception spreadsheet items with Blueprint owners.

1. Akraino IEC type3 Android cloud native applications on Arm servers in edge for Integrated Edge Cloud (IEC) Blueprint Family. Based on the real situation of IEC type3, we wolud like to supply security exception cause we use Android OS in our project, lynis and vuls test are based on Unix system.
