Implementation Plan

We are planning to:

  1. Create vehicles as containers
    1. each vehicle will have some attributes and methods
  2. Create static maps on which the vehicles will be moving
    1. have to investigate how to implement the maps
  3. Develop a Proximity Service as a container which will be responsible to provide information of nearby locations in proximity.
  4. A vehicle must be able to request connectivity to a specific vehicle or request a broadcast
  5. LTE network core is responsible to provide cross domain connectivity to a vehicle registered under another location
    1. We have not yet decided to use between:
      1. standalone components of EPC provided by OAI
      2. openair-k8s
  6. Prediction model is responsible for the prediction of vehicle locations for the next interval of time
