New meeting time poll

There are still some issues with installing REC on Dell. We're continuing to troubleshoot.

We're gathering a list of tests that we want to include in CI/CD/Validation

We've started looking at the changes in RIC install procedure from the "Release zero" to the current branch tip that will eventually become RIC release 1 (expected in July)

Tina reported progress on getting ARM servers installed

Clarified the voting process for the new meeting time. There's no polling tool, everyone should simply edit the wiki page and add +1 to the end of each line for the meeting times they prefer. I will count the number of +1s after a week to see which meeting time has the most.
