IoT general Discussion

@Ike Alisson shared some concerns related to the Google news "https://www.business-standard.com/article/technology/google-to-shut-down-its-iot-core-services-from-aug-2023-users-seek-options-122081800194_1.html". OPC UA is a standard focus on continuous integration, however it missed Billing and Charging components. IoT projects should also address some degrees about Interoperability and scalability

@Jeff Brower suggested IoT BP to add contents about future availability.

@Vikram Venkataraghavan some concerns about deprecated upstreams. Will continue the topic in the upcoming Akraino Fall Summit.
