Thank you to those who took the time to vote on the changes that were proposed. We have hit majority on each item so the below 3 revisions to the Project Stages page are all approved.

1.Proposed addition to the Project Stages page, in the Definitions & Expectations section: When an existing project no longer meets the criteria for their current stage, upon notification, the project has 60 days to address. If it cannot address it in the provided timeframe, it will be downgraded if it was a stage criteria, or otherwise promoted to Stage Four.

2.Proposed addition to the Project Stages page, Stage Three – Benefits to the Project section: Projects will receive a TAC Voting Member position while they maintain stage three status.  This also qualifies the project’s TAC Voting Member to be a TAC Sponsor of other projects.  The TAC Voting Member cannot be a TAC Sponsor of their own project.

3.Proposed addition to the Project Stages page, TAC Sponsor Definition section: A voting TAC member cannot be a TAC Sponsor for more than three Projects at any one time.
