Discussion about TAC sponsor in last TAC meeting.
The following proposals has be discussed and will be voted.

Update Stage 3 sponsorship rules: Require Stage 3 project sponsors to come from outside the project’s TAC-appointed voting members.

This affects akraino. We have to find another TAC sponsor.
As I understand it, stage3 is the market release phase.
Therefore, it is uncomfortable to downgrade something that is once stage3 because it does not meet this rule.
