Jeff: We have now received advice yet from Linux Foundation legal counsel (Andy Updegrove). He made only one suggestion for the Regional Communities wiki page, which I implemented. TSC members should review both of these pages over nexst few days and we can set a vote for next week. Then we can move forward with current regional organization applicants
