Release Notes for SD-WAN / WAN Edge / uCPE Gateway Blueprint

Summary

The ELIOT - SD-WAN / WAN Edge / uCPE Blueprint focusing on making lightweight infrastructure software stack for uCPE (Universal Customer Premises Equipment) Edge Nodes  (or sites). 

ELIOT Manager  will manage the container orchestration , networking , high availability and maintenance.

In ELIOT - uCPE Gateway Blueprint Release 3.0,  providing a platform which includes  Kubernetes cluster with Edge Node deployed Cent OS.

As part for Release 3.0 there are some new features in ELIOT Portal and bug fixes in ELIOT Environment setup bootstrap script.
