CI Build Failure Resolved. New build 313 available. This build failed AT&T CD testing but the failure reason is unclear, just a timeout. We need to investigate

Darrin reported on Ampere's test installs of REC on ARM and running into incompatibilities between the 10G switch they're using and the 25G NICs in the servers
Alex reported that they are working on running BlueVal tests on ARM64 and will be creating an Akraino Validation
Latest successful ARM build was 134 but builds are now failing because the base image (upstream CentOS image BASE_IMAGE_URL=https://cloud.centos.org/altarch/7/images/aarch64/CentOS-7-aarch64-GenericCloud-1708.qcow2.xz
that Akraino CI pulls from) is gone (HTTP 404 error from cloud.centos.org). It looks like the image has simply been moved to https://cloud.centos.org/altarch/7/images/CentOS-7-aarch64-GenericCloud-1708.qcow2.xz so Alex will submit a change to update the URL.
