Software Defined Camera (SDC) was approved into incubation. Big Video use case for security monitoring via cameras in China Unicom Beijing, for National Security General Department, to help factories. The flow will go through the networks.
Former user (Deleted) will organize offline discussion for SDC PoC and Release 5.
