Plan for Release 3:
- Around the 2nd week of May, start writing new release notes page following R2 example Release 2
- Beginning of 3rd week of May designate a release candidate build for ARM64 and one for AMD64 and send out an email asking if anyone has any problems with it.
- If no problems are reported by end of May, RC build becomes the release 3 build
- End of May, update Installation wiki page with release build numbers for ARM64 and AMD64
- Generate Git commit message based part of release notes page based on all changes merged between R2 and R3 RC.
Alex reported some work on installing SEBA
We discussed that SEBA topics can be discussed on this call when there are any topics to covercmti CA

- 5/30/20 - Call flow has been created and the API Document has been updated

- cmti CA agreed to create CI/CD logs and populate the R3 TSC table (done)
- cmti CA agreed to create security logs and populate the R3 TSC table (done)
- Oleg Berzin agreed to create Exec One-pager document and populate the R3 TSC table (done)
- Oleg Berzin agreed to create the PCEI R3 presentation for TSC review (done, presentation uploaded to the PCEI Files page)
- The TSC Review for PCEI R3 contents is scheduled for 6/3/20
