Update BPA controller code for multi-cluster purpose

Description

  • Update BPA controller code to have default paths for dhcp, kud and multi-cluster and use default paths if nothing specific is specfied for these in the provisioning CR

  • Add Multi cluster path to BPA CR and API

  • Get cluster name from provisioning CR metadata

  • Create a folder corresponding to cluster name in multi-cluster path

  • Call installer.sh script with ./installer.sh --cluster=<cluster-name>
