RestAPI Client code integration with Minio

Description

Prerequisite: RestAPI defined

Resources: Baremetal server, Storage device (/dev/sdb etc)

Components Version: OS Ubuntu 18.04

Task Description: Integration of MinIO with RestAPI, implement the client code of storage service (PUT/GET/ etc) for binary/container/os images provisioning.

Testing: Checking operations of container/binary/os images with RestAPI via MinIO.

Expected Deliverables: Client code to integrate with RestAPI and MinIO

for MinIO client plugin to support /PATCH and other operations,

I think next step is confirmation from Enyinna and add support for /GET with download flag.
