Investigate the storage backend solution for HTTP server

Description

MinIO server has hold all images include: binaries, container images and os images.

Try to find a solution to expose the storage to HTTP server which used to download the images and used by compute nodes.

The Minio deployment with K8s has include the local storage volume and can provision to http server: https://gerrit.akraino.org/r/#/c/icn/+/1587/ 

PVC: minio-local-claim

folder to mount with volume: /mnt/minio
