LF Edge Booth Demo Submissions and booth volunteers (ONS EU 19)

We're doing booth demos again and encourage folks to submit Akraino blueprints. We're looking to do video demos again that will be playing in either a loop or on-demand in the booth.

We need to have finalized printing file for the datasheets by 9/13.
